It just seemed from the in-car that the track is really rough. Having never been there (but perhaps someday!) the racing looks fantastic...is that what they mean they say a track has "character"?
Yes it a bit rough lol,but at least you can pass there multiple lanes,if you are fast you will get to the front,So many tracks out there are 1 lane train racing.

Mike needs to watch that video Billy didn't win but his driving style is spot on and the car was good until the contact Billy gets right back to the throttle doesn't jack with it his throttle doesn't input is smooth and he puts the car right in the middle of the other cars and doesn't wait for a big opening he gets in and goes on great driving style . Good night if the other car didn't dive down and slam the front end he may have finished a couple spots better but I like the way the car was set up where he could get right back at it after corner entry he will win many races if he stays in the game

The cover is to help hold heat in the tire. A lot of times there is a chunk of foam stuffed in behind it as well.
