Coach Prime brought him over with him to JSU and turned them into winners! Man, I wish we could see a side by side pic of each player at the start of Spring training and one of them now. All of them have gotten so much bigger, physically, and become so strong! Coach Mo’s workouts have made all the difference on their bodies. They looked like high schoolers at the Spring game. Now these boys are built like men!

Speaks volumes of how much RESPECT Coach Mo with the player's. The team told other players to shut up while Coach was speaking.
Quick thought, Boulder offers a unique home field advantage, the altitude. When colorado plays at home, there will be opportunities when the opponent will become fatigued by it, if the right calls go in at the right times it can really pay off. Question is... is the conditioning your new team is getting enough to take advantage of it? Think on that a second. And it's very tricky stadium for field goals and extra points, the special teams coach will be tested early, and frequently. Its important for your kicker to really spend time learning the winds there, every time it's windy on the front range , get him out there n lrn the winds, iv seen so many miscues on that field, nothing there is gonna b easy, especially later in the season. You have really done awesome, this is gonna b so much fun watching this team. ❤

That's overrated....if the altitude was such an advantage the would have averaged more than 4 wins per year for the past 20 years...they should have been a .500 team for 20 years...

4×World's Strongest Man Brian Shaw lives and trains in Estes Park! He also leads the argument as the G.O.A.T. of powerlifting. That man knows how to just put his head down and push through it. He also has a YT channel. I'd be willing to bet a whole lot that he'd be more than willing to talk to/train with the team if you reached out, even if he can't film, he's just a good dude. If he can film, it would help his channel too, though he is already over 1M subs.

I want to know, How does Coach Mo keep the team in tip top shape once the season starts and not lose what they worked on all summer?
They still train during the week, he said it in the video, the guys that are playing work out 2-3 days, the guys not on the active roster work out 3-4 days.
