I actually didn’t miss that the problem was the sun went down so I ended up cutting the last half of the video because my camera settings weren’t set properly for night time
What’s funny to me is that Oklahoma City is EXACTLY the same. Downtown is considerably larger than Tulsa’s, but there’s hardly anybody out and about at any given point in the day. I guess people just mainly go there to work and then go home!
This is primarily in the Business District, where most traffic slows down around 5-6 pm. You won't find many people on the streets at this time, especially in winter.

it looks like a very boring city
This is Tulsa's Business district around sunset. Most businesses and buildings are office based around here, so people really aren't around after 5-6.
