I still wear skinny jeans sometimes (not often) especially with an oversized top and boots. Trends recycle so much that although I love fashion, I just wear what I like and what my body type agrees with. You’re looking fabulous darling, as usual!
Old school black women back in the day used hair combs as well as other hair ornaments to hold our hair in place.Even today during the summer months I use hair combs for my up do braided hair style. I love them.Try them .

I am shaped like an inverted triangle. Skinny jeans make me look like an ice cream cone. Not the look I aim for. I’m old and remember my favourite jeans were the “horseshoe” ones back in the late ‘70’s so when I started seeing them in stores last year, I bought a couple of pairs. I’m loving the suedes and corduroy! I bought a pair of suedes pants last winter as a pair of “goal pants” and I think they might be too big for me now so I will get them tailored. My budget and lifestyle are more ASOS than Gucci but I am digging that green suede bag! You look amazing, as always.

When going through my closet to pull out some pre-fall pieces, I found a perfect pair of JCrew skinny jeans that I forgot I had. Im so thirsty for fall that I'm planning oufits to wear and very excited about three days coming up when the temps are supposed to drop down to the low 90s! 😂😂😂. It's entirely too hot, in AZ, for skinny anything, til Dec.

I never stopped wearing my skinny jeans. I want all jeans to be in. My jean choice is based on my foot wear, top, mood, or where I'm going. For example, riding boots = skinny jeans. Work=usually wide or trouser type demin. Im not feeling vibes= looser fit. Club/party= skinny.

I got a gorgeous suede long trench coat at the Goodwill in Texas for $10.00, and it is in great shape. I live in Kentucky so we have the cold weather. I also got a Joan Rivers leopard blazer in great shape at a yard sale for $3.00. Thank you for sharing the trend tips.

I haven’t worn skinny jeans for a while but I can see why they’re back for Fall. Nothing better than your denim pushed into flat knee high boots. Highly fashionable and practical. Skinny jeans also give you a longer line and if you need to hide the hips, a long cardigan gives you an even better look.

It makes a bit of sense we are seeing more olive green in the shops than burgandy even though both colours are trending for a.w. there was a lot of burgandy around last year and if people bought it last year they might not want to add more of it to their closet so selling more of the olive green makes sense from a store point of view ❤
Just donated last winter a long winter leopard coat. I still have leopard booties and long leopard silk scarf. I live in a warm climate and I do not need a coat but for those days when I come to NYC it would be have been fabulous! But oh well. 😮

Love suede but be careful. A suede bag can be tucked under my coat during wet weather but boots? No way! They will get a scuff,coffee or water drops, slush or rain splatter the first time you wear them. A total heartbreaker💔💔💔and that is all you will see every time you wear them. I only wear mine if the weather is sunny and dry…..but it is also warm …so…you get the picture…they make my feet too hot.😢

Hi Shukura, I am not going back to skinny jeans 😂😂. Not a good look for me. I have been wearing leopard pants in the summer. I also have a Camuto leopard print baseball cap that will make an appearance on a rainy day. Try a trip to California in Santa Monica. It’s beautiful plus the summers last longer. Sometimes, I think for a girl from Sub Saharan Africa, my love for boots is misplaced😂😂😂. I'd gladly weqr those pointed low heeled boots than sneakers.... Love suede but be careful. A suede bag can be tucked under my coat during wet weather but boots? No way! They will get a scuff,coffee or water drops, slush or rain splatter the first time you wear them. A total heartbreaker💔💔💔and that is all you will see every time you wear them. I only wear mine if the weather is sunny and dry…..but it is also warm …so…you get the picture…they make my feet too hot.😢
You can spray them with leather protector. It helps a little.
