YEP. I USED TO WORK THERE AND BREAD ALL THE CHICKEN. AND THEY DONT USE A ROLLING PIN. WE HAD TO USE OUR HANDS TO FILET THE CHICKEN. THUMB MUSCLES COULD STOP A CAR AT THIS POINT. AND ONLY THE STRIPS ARE IN A PICKLE JUICE MIXTURE. THE CHICKEN FILETS THEY DIP IN A MILK AND EGG WASH BUTTER MILK MIXTURE, AND THEN INTO A SEASONED 'COATER' AS THEY LIKE TO CALL IT.
