@@bleargh22 Grainger lists the hardware but you may need to find a supplier. I am looking to use drawer glides, I think I can adapt them to make some cheap sliding windows.
A Japanese pull saw would be a hell of a lot faster than that saw. I can cut through a 2x4 in a matter of seconds. Maybe the saw in the video is more durable? EDIT: I came here to see about the sliding track, but ended up watching the entire video. Quite nice looking windows considering the materials involved. A lot of time involved from the looks of it. I'm the type to find more efficient ways of doing something while trying to maintain simplicity. I see a few areas where time and energy could be saved with minimal investment in tools.
Beyond dangerous cutting a tenon on a table saw like that. It's fine if they can't afford to buy one but at least they could make their own jig. Please be careful.
