The Spider Mod Report: Day 122
Well today’s run was certainly a bit of a rollercoaster! We started out with some pretty bad luck with the items and curses, but then one Undefined play turned it all around and it started to become a powerhouse run. Then there was the Sharp Plug scare on the last floor, but fortunately everything turned out. Some sleepy Sinvicta highlights included using the Smelter on the poker chip when he thought he had Undefined, and not taking Lump of Coal after killing Krampus. But at least we finally saw the return of Spider Mod! Not only once, but twice! I was really hoping with Restock, a Victory Lap, and an Ole Hushy store that Sinvicta would be able to take him, and to be honest I’m not quite sure why he didn’t when Spider Mod was available, but at least we got a shoutout which is always highly appreciated 😃 Next time Spider Mod’s gonna be ready to join in on the fun! Hope you all have a beautiful day in the meantime! 😊

Update on my father: He is going great and most likely be taken out of that stinking place called an ICU(I know ICU is a safe and clean space just that all those beeping monitors and all the tubes are too depressing) and to a private room.
And he been taken off life support and was on his own since yesterday.
Today when mom went to see him doc asked her to talk to him to try to get him to wake up he cried then mom cried then I cried then everyone cried😭 I am so happy.

- I'm starting to get more consistent on getting to Mom.
-Beaten Satan again.
- Unlocked Samson, completed "Adventure Boy!"
- Discovered that the endings are scary and make me feel bad about completing the game because Isaac ends up shoving cement into his eyes.

Seeing Sin on Phasmophobia with Bagel last night, good lord. He was so hyped and I’ve never heard him sound so energetic while also being super tired.
Finally something that's in my wheel house. I work for a cable company and it sounds like your upload issues are probably caused by noise in the cable system. A loose connector or bad piece of cable in you neighborhood can and will cause these types of issues. If the tech cannot resolve the issue tell your tech to contact someone in the maintenance department because fixing area issues is what their job is. If I am right hard wiring your computer will unfortunately not fix your issue. If I am wrong in this is it might be the solution good luck getting this resolved

The thing with cable modem service, is that your connection is only as good as all of the wires, splitters, and other devices between you and the provider. While this might seem obvious, something as insignificant as an uncapped (unused) coax port or an older splitter can put your connection in the toilet in a hurry. I once lived in a townhouse that was part of a four-unit building that shared a common drop from the pole and I could tell whenever one of the units changed occupants because my connection would go to heck until I called service out to fix the problem again.
More recently, I had complaints from some older relatives that their connection was slow, and to fix things I ended up replacing the ends on every wire, capping every unused port, and replacing their mess of splitters with a powered drop amp; even without replacing the old wires themselves, the connection speeds via Speedtest improved to very near the advertised rate (up from only like a third of advertised prior).
tldr; Your connection can probably be improved, but expect to put a decent bit of time and/or money into the process. All part and parcel of moving into a new place, honestly. :)

Day 168 of commenting about my video game adventures:
Majora's Mask (Day 25): I shot an arrow, and the Stone tower flipped, so top is now bottom, and the moon is now below me.. I headed back inside to continue my exploration. It took me quite a while to figure out this temple, especially the Hookshot to the ceiling chest at the end. But I finally made it to the end. I gained the giant's mask, and I used it to kick butt in the boss room against Twinmold. This was a fun and easy boss fight, and I gained the last of the 4 boss remains and freed the final giant.
Khaeldranis it took quite a while to figure out, for sure. The hookshot chest at the end was just too out of the ordinary.. Not expected at all.

Compost girl here. Today we saw compost at the store in the victory lap at 44:31. Thanx to infestation 2, we got to see out lil spider friends help sin out thru the 1st run anyway. We also got pretty lucky on some i am error items and devil deal items. Im not offended that sin took emperor blank card, instead of compost. I probably would have too. Spexially cuz we didnt have the car battery for the combo with compost
