You didn't give over all info like why the cost is high? Let me explain why that bcz it has mou with lots of counties universities you will achieve global recognition . And for ICAEW after copmpleting ACCA you'll only need to attemp 3papers for ICAEW to get ACA in front of your name.

CA Acca sy behtr h in India. UK wgera may dono same h. efforts or time CA may zyada lgti. agr bahir k mulk jna to ACCA krlo
Just do CA it is bit harder than acca but if u can do it is far more better than acca in terms of knowledge and opportunities in India and even if you want to go abroad in many countries you can work and also you can be acca by giving just 4 paper
So don't get confused just prepare for CA it is best

If u complete Ca then there are exemption for acca then
But even if passing rate is 30%, you must keep this in mind that students take exam when they feel like they will pass and exam fee is 15k inr per paper. So 30% means no easy.
