Bhai, I was born and raised in Quetta, I moved to USA in 1990, but I got back every two years, I was just there and tried all the foods again, I m glad you are showing Quetta and Khizdar. Quetta is the food paradise.

I frequently watch food vlog from various countries...but I think Pakistanis are masters amongst all in cooking non veg
Problem is apne ko nhi milega real Pakistani khana. Sirf vlogs dekh kr hi kaam chalana padta hai

Different types of kabab.. 365 types of biriyani hai yaha.. Ha waha ka tast aur verity thodi aalag hai. Hamare yaha food bhout sasta hai..🙏

I remember while in early 2000 when I was settled in Jeddah, there was a small Pakistani shop in Textile Market of Al Balad. That shop was opened only for 2 hrs 8 to 10 am. The rice and chole he used to serve was the Best I ever had in my life. Such kind of food we don't get in India also. I had that only for Breakfast and had it for 6 yrs without missing a day in Jeddah. It was amazing. ❤️

Since I'm from i quetta I'd be glad to tell u about the famous dishes and restaurants of quetta where u would get to know the real quetta food.
For breakfast do try niamat qada prince road.
Also try lehri sajji, Rosh from dubai hotel, gobbar hotel ki chaii, gulshan karahi, burgers at baig snackbar, united savor food ka korma, kaddi kabab, kamal chargha, and lastly try the food at jan broast, trust me you gonna love them all.

In pashto its called Peerahki (پیره کی)
