btw tatsumakis passive makes it so that the shield explodes whenever you get stunned while blocking, so it explodes if someone hits you in the back whilst you are blocking, not just moves, also if you get hit by incinerate while blocking when you have the passive, you dont get damaged or stunned by the rest of the attack, so its a perfect counter

if you use a projectile, the shiel will be repeled, but if you use it again, it will blow up and go just like your father, nowhere. And if you use moves that are too strong like ultimate moves, it will surely bypass the shield

Oh btw, not only is 3rd move based of my hero academia. But in general the third move also gives you ult. Use it when the ult is about to end and you can almost get ult back if you are near a crowd.

the "final move" is a place-holder for when the real 4th move comes out
easy way to counter tatsu's passive. Use sonic explosive shuriken air variant to break it without taking dmg

2:42 btw for meteor it has a first initial hit that stuns them until the meteor hits, but other than that I’d say it’s medium difficulty to run from it just because the user can turn and predict where you will go
Another downside is that you can (for some reason) death counter the move

this isn't the final ultimate move it was the rework for seismic fist and they put seismic fist as a placeholder until they finish the last move
The second move they put new is the rework of the seismic fist nkw in the next update they will replace that move and put the real one

Second move really hard to hit if your opponent keeps running
Third move dont even try cuz you aint hitting no one they can just block also they can even block midway
