London Bus Museum Spring Gathering 16th April 2023 at Brooklands
I tried to feature every vehicle that turned up but for some reason it was a harder mission than I thought, probably not helped by trying different locations as well but I'd rather change locations to make it more interesting. Despite not managing to film everything I still managed just over 90 vehicles, so almost got there!
On screen text details are provided for each vehicle with reg, fleet number, body/chassis type and operator/owner and location if known.
For preserved vehicles this might be inaccurate, there can be many changes and all my info is just whatever I can find online, usual sources are Flickr, BusView and Google

Brought back some memories for me watching this. There was (at 25mins on tape) a number 6 bus to Hackney Wick. I used this route when I worked in the City of London in the 1960-70's. The No6 route was operated by a fleet of RTW's.

Interesting video to see all the different types of classic and modern British buses passing through and since I have started driving tour coaches here in Australia for the past several months my interest in buses, especially vintage and classic compliments my childhood interest in trains - a match made in heaven - just took a while to realise it. I am very surprised to see how many different classes of buses London Transport had in its fleet! Thanks for the videos you put up James they are really great to watch. Keep up the good work.

As I am not comfortable asking the depot why they stopped running the London Suburban Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW on routes 30, 121, 230, 271, 349, N279 And 158 why can’t we make the same make of the Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW Buses but Modernise the insides of these Buses. Also, make it low floor up and down and extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more so there will be more space for the wheelchair users. By the way, if you could remake and Modernise these vehicles could they also make them into a Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW Version if it is possible to Modernise the insides of these Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW’s make it low floor up and down and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more so there will be more space and even a London Suburban 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Scania N230UD Enviro 400 MMCs and 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LX Diesel engine Enviro 400 MMC’s and also extend the middle the body part of these vehicles a little bit more. Why couldn’t we have those London Suburban Buse's Pale red on the top roof Pale red again on the top middle Milk Chocolate brown in the middle Creamy white on the Bottom Middle and Milk Chocolate Brown on the Bottom on most of those kinds of those Particular Double Decker Vehicles? Could you put the Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox in the Scania N230UD Enviro 400 MMCs and also put the Loud 3-Speed Voith Diwa Gearbox in the Volvo TD102KF Engine East Lancs Olympus and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more and also turn most of them to London Suburban Buses.
