    congratulations to the global elite player though. we are talking about one of the best cs go players here. if you really win in a fair 1on1 aim map vs dupreeh, that's just incredible. Ofc in a 5on5 u going to drown. But the individual skill of a pro csgo players is just beyond imagination. So I only can repeat it: RESPECT. I have been global too and don't think I could pull that off.

    I think really just switching it up, waiting just 20-50% longer but no more behind cover before NOT REPEAKING but appearing the other side of jumping over the top in 1v1s where they know where you are, just little things to throw them off help massively.
    It's also nice to see how every rank each player is just plain better than the last, it's not just their game sense its everything. Which indicates, yes gamesense and stuff is the most important but even where raw gunfighting ability matters, they can clearly be improved as seen here.
    And hey, apparently once you get to the top 1% you can go toe to toe with the best, even if this guys obviously not actually a pro just being able to go toe to toe like that would be enough for me.
    Also also, I should show the end of this to my teams to show how impossible it is to 1v4 in clutch scenarios, so just fricken rush, super simple but it'll gain you +1>2% winrate on average per round I'd bet.
    Also*3, the final match against everyone show you that you shouldn't get cocky like in his earlier matches, giving them enough time to figure him out without gaining enough of a lead allowed them to catchup and win, so if you find yourself in one of the situations like he was in earlier matches messing around, don't (I mean in this case it was for content in order to not make the video hilariously dry but still, that wont be me or you and even if it is, make it very deliberate, not a distraction keep your focus, I would say OK, if I get a 3 point lead on my friend I'll allow myself 1 meme, then no more until a 7 point lead etc.).

    I would've loved to see my friend play against Dupreeh. I'm considerably good especially at aim maps and I would get slaughtered 4-16 or 6-16 against him (MGE in my prime when I would play my friend). He's an S in ESEA and semi-pro but I've never played against anyone as good in an aim map, specifically that exact map. It'd be fun to watch him get a chance to prove himself against someone who has what he's trying to obtain which is a professional status.

      He will win most prolly but i wouldn't be surprised if he loses vs a good lvl 10 since some level 10s have rlly insane aim. Even the best aimers like twistzz, xantares can lose to lvl 10s. Not a big deal. But it doesn't make that lvl 10 better than a pro since the difference in their aim will be insignificant but the difference in their gamesense and team coordination will be a lot.

    • @999butz
      @999butz 2 роки тому +2

      Aim maps are a completely different reality from competitive play. The way of aiming, positioning, decision making and a everything else is different. S1mple is the greatest player of all time for being very good at every component that makes the professional play, so he also got one of the best aims in the world but in an aim map the approach is different from a normal aim duel. Check up Xantares vs S1mple 1v1 on youtube. Xantares is another insane aimer in the pro scene and despite not being better than s1mple he's still much stronger in aim maps

    Who cares about global? Literally faceit lvl 4-6 players are globals. Tells a lot more if u describe him as lvl 10 3k elo than ”global” which means absolutely nothing

    Don't forget the fact about that Lava is a 3k+ elo faceit player, so I would certainly not call him a GE player beating Dupreeh. The gap between GE and 3k+ elo is HUGE. We are talking about FPL-tier player here. I'm myself a EU Global player who had a hard time reaching lvl 10 on faceit after lvl 6. Took me about total of 160 ish matches for 2k elo.

    I also used to aim map against "Sunde" and "face" among lots of other cs1.6 pros and CLAP them(but that's been like 10-15+ years) but a good aim map player means very little in an actual match.
    CSGO seems to have a cap on how useful good aim is and just how funky the game code is that day. Look at early csgo footage with old spray patterns and such, it was much more reliable. You can miss a shot on someone 10 meters away these days, even if your cross hair is aimed perfectly. And while it gets better on 128tick, it's still bad. The build-in randomness sometimes just ruins the fun. Add latency and lobbies on top and you can have some really bad days. Astralis also does well because they play the game to their advantage, the margin for error is minimized which is what I really enjoy about their style of play. Means less flailing and ego'ing, which CAN win you games, but statistically works a lot worse.

    I used to play 1v1 arena maps, I've joined some Scandinavians server once, and I used to play there a lot. Once there was enemy named Devilwalk and I was like ok, he is pretty good but as I was tryharding there, I kinda stomped him on the server. after 3 times I met him in arena1 I spec him and it was Devilwalk with all the trophies from tournaments in profile what made me pretty confident that I can play against pros now. Then I started climbing ESEA, got into rank A , met Guardian in enemy team, and got stomped by him. His gamesense was unreal, he was everywhere, it was like he had WH (ofc he didn't) (even if A is below his MM but he played with D+ friend so it matched us together, they let me play few games with them as we are same nationality, I was pretty happy for that). What I tried to say, Even if pro has aim as anyone else at high rank, u can spot true difference in overall knowledge and playstyle on real 5v5maps.
