I love the Bosendorfer piano patch also. But (and I do mostly pit musicals) I add the Steinway Grand strip and balance them about 60% Steinway and 45% Bosendorfer. It gives me the clean articulation of the Steinway but the deep resonance of the Bosendorfer. They blend together into a sound which compliments my sound with either an acoustic piano or most settings on another keyboard. Thanks for making these videos on Mainstage. They're fantastic.
thanks for the video....I am just jumping into MainStage for the first time this season....A little scary and overwhelming but I am finding videos like these to be VERY helpful
Awesome tutorial. Thanks for all the mainstage content!

That’s great to hear! I’m glad these have been helpful!
Great job James, great content!
I also find handy the search function in MainStage with Command + F and Command + G.
That’s a great one too!
Nice One James! The stock library has some pretty decent sounds doesn't it:)
It really does! It’s amazing how much you get for $30!
are all these sounds free once u have mainstage?
Yes, these all come free with mainstage! You just need to make sure you download the full library to see them.
Thanks very much. I find your videos clear and easy to follow.
