From this recipe I made 24 pancakes 24cm (22cm cake)
Ingredients:
Pancakes:
6 Eggs
100g Sugar
1100ml Milk
500g Flour
50g Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
80ml Vegetable oil
Cream:
600g Mascarpone
100g Powdered sugar
600g Whipping cream 33% (fat)
1 spoon of vanilla essence
250g Nutella
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
