Watch A.S.K. Bagbin speak at the Inauguration of Ghana's Third Republican Parliament (7-1-2001)

On 7th January 2001, the MP for Nadoli and Minority Leader of the 3rd Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana, Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin seconded the nomination of Rt. Hon. Peter Ala Adjetey as Speaker of Ghana's Third Parliament. It was done at midnight in the chambers of Parliament of Ghana on 7th January, 2001. After the inauguration of the Parliament, H.E. John Agyekum Kuffour was sworn in along side his Vice President at the Black star square in the morning.
