I’ve gone through some of the deepest betrayal of my life this year. I thank God every single day even through the tears because I know it was for the best. Life has been lifeing since about 2021 but I’m finally starting to see the light and it started with the trash taking itself out. Focused on healing and building the life I desire/deserve!

This year has been very challenging and stressful for me and it actually started before that.
It started with deciding to retire from my job of 21 years due to the toxicity there. Back stabbing, jealousy and drama. Then, the betrayal from someone who I thought was my best friend and person. It ended abruptly when he stopped talking to me out of the blue after a 7 year journey. He is a Pisces. After that my best friend (also a Leo) passed away unexpectedly and that devastated me. We did everything together and I felt so lost without her.
An old friend who I probably trusted more than anyone else I know……asked if we could be friends with benefits 😳😱 and it pretty much ended our friendship.
I have cut so many people out of my life in the past 3 years that I have no one left. It’s ok though because after going in hermit mode and healing for a year…..it gave me time to focus on myself and to enjoy my hobbies. I have been single and alone for years and I am fine with that. I love my freedom and independence. I’m not looking for love just like I wasn’t when the player Pisces came into my life.
He was a master manipulator. Led me on. Played head games with me and he charmed his way into my heart only to betray me. Lessons learned!!! I’m passed any feelings I had for him now.

I’ve got a question for other Leo’s out there, did you just go through the hardest year of your life thus far like I did?
Do you feel like the worst is over? Knock on wood this mercury retrograde has been surprisingly okay compared to ones for the past 2 years.
I’m sitting over here waiting for the other shoe to drop, but remaining hopeful and praying daily and it feels like it’s helping. What was your experience? Do you feel the turnaround too? I’m praying for protection and discernment.
I prayed for peace, my house had a huge leak and they wouldn’t renew my lease but I was under my ex anyway as he moved upstairs after cheating so it was for the best.
My engine blew up a few days after I moved out at my family friends memorial, I’m using his truck (he was a cherished father figure in my life)for now and shopping around for a new vehicle.
Randomly was able to land a tiny house that I can have my dog at on acres, it’s for sale but it works for now. I prayed for peace and now I’m in peace, it’s hard to relax though thinking about how many years I was dealing with a crazy person while in survival mode.
No one knows where I live and I can work remotely, and my hours are increasing to the point I need to gather the strength to work full-time.
2022-2023 I lost 3 jobs, didn’t get a ton of jobs I applied for, destroyed my credit, lost my truck I put so much work in. Lost the longest place I’ve ever lived in my life.
Literally every single person last year came in to use me and then choose the other option instead. NEVER EVER will I put someone else first at my own detriment.
It’s so heartbreaking, but I feel like there’s a huge turn around happening right now and I’m not let anyone that was acting shifty in the past come in to block my blessings further. Barbara the builder retired in 2023, she only builds up herself now.
