A very sad state in society. I have personal interest and involvement in a case of a 16year old learner that is 7 months pregnant and now complain about stairs she has to climb at school. It takes a caring and responsible government to provide an environment where children can grow up and develop to their full potential. Failure means just that the perpetrators of this inhumanity put a big rock with a rope around their necks and jump into the sea/river/dam!
