The back flaps suggested movement of the shoulders forward and backward. Seems they changed their minds mid design and left the flaps as they are. The shoulder joints where the hulk raises his shoulder laterally ..well is not only limited...but the finishing on the shoulder wheel from which it swivels upwards is pretty bad. Over all it's ok.
