Just a bit of insight into this episode gang, I wrote, shot and produced this whole thing in under 4 hours yesterday. It's been a very hectic week, but I still wanted an episode out and it was the only free time I had. I noticed in the comments to the teaser that some people had some improvements they would make, and that's great, that's what you should be thinking when looking at a tutorial "How can I put my own spin on it?" I may tackle this effect again (sure I will) but in the meantime, I'm happy with the end result as this could have been a lot more complicated :)

miracle23 I think if you use the flash lightning effect tutorial on lone archer films channel you can probably get the same appearance as a lightning throw.

Fun fact you don’t need a treadmill they do a simple movement by using your waist and arms to give the illusion since they don’t use a treadmill for the show

If I made a short, there wouldn't be any videos for awhile since I barely have enough time to make tutorials. It's a very hard balance for me.

Not to correct you or anything, but you should definitely use ReelSmart Motion Blur for your Flash running effects.
I have used it in the past, I have it for CS6, but I wanted to make a tutorial without 3rd party plugins this time as reelsmart isn't a cheap plugin
