ya after second round final result is announced, they will announce last date to report to the colleges...candidates can surrender their seat before last of reporting colleges...if candidates cancel after last of reporting to the colleges then they will ask u to pay full fees.

Sir fresh registration allowed in mop up round. I missed my documents verification and didn't get a verification slip in the first round and was out of counselling . please let me know
Last year they allowed fresh registration for the mop up round, it is up to them now ,let's see if u announce fresh registration then will update u so subscribe my channel
