The chance based is what makes it interesting. The idea of getting lucky to trigger those little chance. If you dodge special attacks 100% of the time, it won't be fun anymore. It'll be too easy like playing battle mode. It'll become too boring.

They don’t add the multipliers are completely separate meaning it just gives him a separate 35% chance from the 70%
