Today I am making "Banh Xeo" hahaha...
Banh Xeo (Sizzling Crepe or pancake) is a popular Vietnamese dish. The name refers to the sizzling sound when the rice patter is poured into the hot skillet. The traditional stuffings include pork, prawns, beansprout, mung bean. But there is no limit to cooking, people can add seafood stuffings and other veggies as per their preference.
