FYI: This course introduces 3 Rs in DNA and how they can be applied in cancer treatment. So it's more than an simple introductory to DNA double-helix structure or central dogma.
There was an advance reading list to go with this video. Anyone know where to get a copy (appreciate it's 10 years old).

@wasdom01 Thanks, there are some great animations of this stuff on youtube if you do a quick search.
I'm not sure that his description of alleles is correct. Alleles reference the variation of a gene as present on either one chromosome or two.
