- How did they teach Boston Dynamics Atlas to do the backflip? Watch this step-by-step explanation of AMP (Adversarial Motion Priors) motion imitation code example from Nvidia Isaac Gym repository, with me elaborating on difficult-to-understand parts of code and then try it out yourself, either with Atlas, Humanoid or your own robot!
While I do not have exact information on how Boston Dynamics Atlas works, it is a good educated guess :)

You are the only one on youtube that shows a step by step process on nvidia RL development when it comes to bipedal URDF. I hope you revisit after Orbit gains more traction.
Orbit?
Its just a framework on top of Isaac Sim that Nvidia is pushing for robot learning environments.
Thanks for the explanation! I'll try it on my robot URDF, when I get my GPU delivered.
Looking forward to hearing about your project!
