Activision hates m13 in br. So shaky, bullet speed is trash. And when aming at short and long rangers the damage is so low. Sometimes you spend a full magazine and only hits a few bullets on the target.

its a bug, happens to everyone, when someone uses rewind when you shooting at them, sometimes our aim gets locked on them when they use it, so no hacks here. he 101% legit.
