2 things.
1 the WBA is implementing the rehydration clause. A 9am day of the fight both fighters will have to be at 145 after that you can rehydrate to whatever you want.

The rehydration clause only affects fighters that are not discipline between fights, and that are not fighting in their right weight division. Plus this this clause came down from the sanctioning bodies. All the belts will eventually be the same because of what happened with Ryan and Devin.
The new rules just like IBF rules now state 10 pound rehydration clause for both fighters the morning of the fight and then after weigh in they can come in fight night as heavy as they want!

@@Jmaug both wont be dehydrated you will understand this if you know the reason they trying to make weight. Both fighters will just adjust themselves to the new conditions. For example a few days before a fight they will try to dehydrate from 160lbs to get to 140lbs. To later put back the weight close to 160lbs. With the new conditions they will try to dehydrate from 150lbs to 140lbs. To later put back their weight at 150lbs. So actually it is easier to make weight and both fighters are actually less dehydrated.
