I agree with your friend about the laptop! I think when she’s older you can give her an Apple laptop 😊
I got her older sister one last year so I wanted it to be fair and not like I was favoriting one or the other. I should've mentioned that haha 😅
The rug works with couch just not the wood floor or that dark credenza. Then if the table had a white wash wood with the glass it would be nicer imo. May have to keep your accents to white beige to avoid clashing with that color of the wood floor

I’d say give it your cousin if she’s deserving of it because her grades are up, it’s for school usage, respectful towards you, family and people in general. Then YES! No matter what the price tag is for education or things we want what’s deserving for our family.

Love the yellow dress, that’s my favorite color. Sucks you lost your necklace. I’m always worried my kid’s necklace and bracelet will unhooks itself, so I tie it with red string (so Khmer). I didn’t even know Le creuset made measuring spoons. I like their brand especially in bakingware. I do have Allclad measuring spoons that look similar with the “mini pot” style.

My pov regarding the laptop would be to get a dell or Hp to be honest I have an hp and a Mac book air and my hp allows me to do more things and i gravitate more to it, I mean Apple is great also but lately it feels like you’re just paying for the name . at the end it’s the thought that counts ☺️🫶🏼.
