I love watching birds hatch!
Great video. Nice incubator. Hatching your own eggs is always a hit and miss. Even at the Commercial Game Bird I worked at as a teenager, we had a high percentage of infertile eggs, and we hatched hundreds of chicks in a day, for a week.
Love your homemade candler. What a great idea….that I’m going to borrow. 👌😁
Thanks! I suggest using an LED bulb since regular incandescents get really hot in that small space
Thank you ß much for sharing this.
Welcome home baby chicks. 💕
Awwwww … sweet babies! 💚
Cool video. Thank you for sharing
😎
I’m excited to see them when they have adult feathers.
Baby chicks are just so much fun to watch!
Yes! We will have baby bunnies in a few weeks. They’re a lot of fun too
@@BroussardHomestead 💕💃💕
@@BroussardHomestead do you still grow and sell elderberry?
We do, but we don’t ship anymore. Sorry
@@BroussardHomestead no problem. Found another source for my friend looking for canes. Thanks!
I have an incubator full of duck eggs. On day 19. So another 10 days or so. I haven't candled them, shell is to thick.
That’s awesome! I haven’t tried to candle duck eggs. I didn’t think of the shell being too thick to see through.
I got the same incubator. My hatch rate sucked. I think the temp or humidity is wrong on mine? have a blessed week!
Aw man! That stinks
Did the first eggs that you said were bad, get thrown away or could they be cooked? Just curious.
Definitely wouldn’t want to cook those. Best bet is to compost them
