      We usually make small batches and store for 2 to 3 weeks maximum in an airtight container at room temperature. Hope this helps you friend.

    Most of the comments here are by other cooking channels, who haven't even tried the crackers and only want to comment and like with a hope that the same will be reciprocated to their videos. Also the crackers don't seem to be crispy in the video. What is the use of soda and yoghurt here. Please explain. Probably soda made them soft?

      Hi Sonia, Thank you for your comment. Really appreciate your time. Let me address all your questions.
      1. Agreed. Most of the comments are from other cooking channel. One cannot stop people from showing their love :)
      2. Unlike you, not many take their time to come back and give a feedback as to how the recipe has turned out from their end. Even though we have not received user comments to this video in YT , we did receive many comments in our instagram DM after they have tried this recipe.
      3. In any recipe .. there will be an area of improvement. The Baking soda falls under that category. Yes .. it does air-ate the crackers little bit.. but its one of my personal preference after testing several batches. There is also a benefit of Baking soda.. it will help crackers to bake faster and more evenly. You can skip it .. but i feel the baking time given in the recipe has to be adjusted accordingly. Which i have not done so far
      4. The crackers in the video does appear little under crisp .. but its an issue with video production. We bake two to three batches while making the video. While we did bake a crispier version.. we failed to shoot that version. I can take that one on me. But the instruction and measurements and baking time are all from the crispier version of the bake. So as long as they are followed .. the crackers should come crispy at your end.

      Thank you for reaching out! One of the ingredient to make it chewable is baking soda. It helps the cracker cook evenly and also makes it a bit fluffed up making it little chewable. So I would advice not to skip baking soda since you need it not too hard. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! Glad to help

      Yes, fenugreek seed are different so don't use them, if you want replace with freshly chopped coriander leaves 👍

    Tried the recipe today and am extremely disappointed! You’ve mentioned incorrect baking temperature for the crackers. Followed your recipe to the last detail and the result was black burnt crackers. Here are three hours of my life that I’m never getting back! Total waste of time!! Please don’t misguide people!

      We are so sad to hear this. Our intention is not to waste any ones time. That's why we make video to the point and less than 3 to 4 min. Can you please tell what oven you use? Portable Otg or built in oven with stove? Is it gas or electric? Did you place the tray mid range from the heat? Or closer to heat?. Asking all these questions to make sure how the temp caused the blackening.! We made our batches to the same temp in the video.

    "Form a round ball", really? Are there square balls possible to? And roll out your dough on a sheet of parchment paper so you don't have to transfer the crackers with your hands. More convenient, practical an efficient. Oh and your crackers don't seem to "crack" when you break them because there soft and not brittle which to me seems quite essential for a cracker...

      To state one... American football is not round 🙂! I understand your point and really appreciate your feedback! Parchment paper is a good idea.. But we found it hard to roll the dough in a paper where nothing to hold them to the ground! Hence went to the tested and tried method of using hands! But will try to avoid hands for future ones!       We have not tested preserving for a month so I am not sure I can advice that. These are fresh baked with no preservatives.. So my personal advice is not more than a week or so.
