Homelessness continues to climb in Montana

A recent report from the Montana Continuum of Care Coalition shows homelessness continues to climb statewide.
The total number of homeless people statewide was 2,008. But Livingston had the highest increase at nearly 29%, followed by Missoula at 22% and Bozeman at 20%.
We spoke to HRDC’s economic development director Dean Williamson, and he told us most of the people that are homeless in Livingston are longtime residents.
