    this Mylar strip use is still perplexing me really! I want to use it bad! :D it's one of the best inventions in the direct composite placement ever!

    I would suggest a chairside comp tack approach with comp
    Takes all but a few minutes. the patient can then see the dimensional changes in the mouth, also you can make your putty index directly from this. Works wonders and can save time with pour up of of imp and waxup

    I followed this video for a recent diastema closure. The pt's previous diastema composites were failing (and slanted). I was able to achieve near-perfect result. Pt and I were very happy w/ results (pt reported it was "perfect"). I would not say it was easy though.

    Wow wonderful restoration. But i think prior to diestema closure.. U should have done frenectomy. The cause is still out there to dislode such a beautiful Pierce of work..

    Do you sell invisaligners and retainers I got screwed out of a retainer which took them 6 months to make which means they outsource it to a different country it didn't fit have a rotten teeth from this dentist and I want to keep my teeth and wear my retainer again but they say I need braces first and have to have the tooth restored my insurance doesn't cover either let me know thank you and that's it the dummies that did my retainer they kept my original mold and I can't do anything about it because my orthodontist is dead it said return to me I sent it as a reference for them to make me a retainer boy you can't believe

      If patients looks after their mouths they do. However comp I suggest lasts up to 5 years. It is more prone to chipping and possible staining longterm*

      I had one for 19.5 years! Got it at 16 and it started wearing down a little only when i was 36 and i then replaced it!

      The diastema tends to come back, especially in adults.
