Hey mate, I do the exact same as you're doing. How often do you get cars that hang around and dont sell? I've got a Merc sl500 that's now priced extremely competitively and is still collecting dust!
£250 for a clutch replacement ! there`s NO WAY you fitted a quality complete clutch kit for that sort of money, you`ve had a CHEAP pressure plate put in that and nothing else.
@@t5jerry Lmao you're tripping... and your local mechanic would probs rip you off. Type in the reg on eurocarparts and you can see that a clutch kit for this car is between £175 - £197 depending on the brand. A mechanic could easily fit it and charge between £100-£200 labour. His mechanic mostly likely did sort him out with giving a discounted price on the labour. Don't know where about your looking online, but do yourself a favour and actually do bit of research before spewing nonsense.

@1:14 Blemishes like that affect the resell value. It is more important to know what exactly is reflected by the price. The desperation of the seller? Cosmetics? Mechanical damage? @8:04 No, a French treatment doesn't make the car unreliable.
Easily get $6000 to $7000 dollars in the USA for a clean honda crv with that low mileage. They want over 6 grand for cars with over 200,000 miles over here.
£250 to change the clutch is a deal and a half. It’s around £180 just for the clutch? So I’m guessing it’s £70 cash, to change the clutch, bargain my bro 😎
these are the cars that we buy any car do not want BCA and WBAC are the same company.so they off them to auction and get a £340.00 in auction fees through the sale and probably a little bit on the actual sale
£250 its oreyt if you know someone in my area your talking around £500-600 my gearbox a slight whine got told it be £800 recon with new clutch so ive decided to run till it dies or starts struggling to get into gear as the car isnt worth saving

@@t5jerry As I said in the video, it would’ve been around £400+ but my mechanic done me a favour with this on labour.
@@BuySellCarsTV done you a favour !, the clutch kit would cost £400 on it`s own, don`t try to kid a kidder!

I'd be wary of selling a car with those suspension advisories.

New set of plates/screws and a set of mats wouldn’t cost the earth…..but make a difference to overall viewing.
