Yes. We do live in the fallen world of sin and death. It's not the world God intended for us to live in. The garden of Eden was God's intention of how we as human beings were to live. Adam and Eve's violation of God's law brought all of us under the death penalty of sin. Christ fulfilled all the righteous requirements for divine judgement at the cross meaning He satisfied God's justice for sin. God never wanted us to know sickness or death. He provides healing for He is good and He alone is God. We don't receive sickness in Jesus name.
