Seeing deer stands up to early on public land

each year I run across deer stands that are put up to early to claim a spot before the legally day by law you're allowed to put stands up in Indiana September 15th at noon.

Have to disagree. There shouldn't be any regulations placed upon hunting seeing as how it's a natural right of every human being. These laws are a bunch of bull and only serve to extort money from hard working people to pay for... you guessed it.... more government, more laws and more restrictions. Of which every freedom-loving American should be against.

That mentality is literally the reason that we have hunting regulations. After North America was colonized by Europeans, unregulated hunting did a lot of damage to our wildlife. I was reading that when Daniel Boone first came through North Carolina, he saw nerds of elk and bison which is completely unheard of today. Turkeys were almost wiped off the continent. Deer numbers were at all time lows.
