@@qureskincare it does not work on a faucet that has recessed aerator. the universal joint just sits flush up against it, nothing for it to wrap around. so not universal.

With daily use, your Q-urify water filter needs to be replaced at least once every three months for your skin to look and feel its best. Once it gets past the 3 month mark, your filter starts to lose its efficacy. We wash our face everyday so make sure you are looking after your skin.

What is the filter made out of and how do i know it filters out the hard minerals? Is it like a brita filter?

It's made of carbon fiber.

You can also buy cheap TDS/EC meter online to check the hardness of water before and after installing any filter.
WTH this is not easy to install at all and this video doesn't help either. I can't find any other video. I'm so frustrated and might return because this is supposed to be easy and it's not.

get an aquasana specific for a shower. the aerator is really small on the faucet filter so it wont support a shower
This has become a headache to install. Literally nothing fits, not even the universal joint. The aerator key was flimsy and broke so I ordered one off Amazon. Great that worked. Then the adapter that should fit wouldn’t screw on no matter what I tried. So I tried the universal joint. But the hose broke almost immediately. Ordered a new stronger one from Amazon…and still it falls off immediately after turning the faucet on. Idk what to do at this point

I can tell you right now. I had the original filter baby it literally cracked for no reason. Ordered and have had the new version for less them a month and the water barley comes out the filter side. Tom my qure one comes in and I think because there isn't a large distance between the tape water and the folter water side the water will come out better then I will be returning my filterbaby cause i am over it. Literally takes forever to rinse my face with dripping water
