Tried dual forms for the first time on all my fingers a couple weeks ago but with polygel, between that and painting them after it took me 9 hours 🤣 definitely have to keep practicing but loved watching you do this! Hadn't thought of the top coat underneath either so will try that next time

I'm wondering if you could give any advice... I'm using mgart almond dual forms and their gel. I don't know if I'm just not pressing down hard enough or I should try different forms. i never would’ve thunk that the gel came that flowery having seen this set before this vid! sooo prettyyyy! i was totally expecting a tutorial on ombre flower encapsulation and using inks to tint clear gel or something lol

I’M still confused too lmao but you put it basically as close as you can get it! But I think because you’ve already etched with the hand file you’ve removed any protein on the nail, and then you do your cuticle work exposing a bit more nail plate, then top coat it from the new exposed plate. She says in her videos that that is one of the things that people ask about most often but just to try and that we will see everything is fine, so I’m trusting her process LOL

How is it possible I searched for „underside dual form hack“ like a million times and habe tried everything from forms and tape and tips to fibre etc, and never came across that simple thing about building a very thin free edge with a dual form 🤦🏻♀️ can’t believe it… thank you so much 😂 Also your nails came out really beautiful! Why not use rubber gel though? I like the consistency so much 😅😁😇 Thanks for the tips and relaxing video😇
