Hello! Love your videos. Is there one of this video which includes a voiceover? I haven’t read all the comments but your voiceover stopped drying the ingredient list.
I heard her say in one of her videos when she made grapes that she prefer that you don't freeze them before you dip because when it hits room temperature it starts to melt so she said it's better to wash dry dip and then after you assemble your packaging then you put it in the freezer until your client come picks it up
These came out really cute. The few times I have made candied strawberries they start to melt quickly due to the liquid in the strawberry. Yours are covered very well.
Hey I seldom come across posts like this! This is inspiring and makes me want to try it! I was wondering if what is the best substitute for light corn syrup? Cheers !! Bernadeth
These particular desserts do not last no longer than 24 hours so if someone is ordering them these are considered a made to order and they should pick them up within 24 hours.
Thank you so very much for sharing and taking your time teaching us the ends and outs. However, every time I put my jolly rancher in the blender they stick.
The link is in the description box under that video and it will give you the full information of the cutter it will take you right to that item It’s a circle puncher
Any candy fruit can last in the freezer up to a week for strawberries 24 to 48 hours depending on the freshness of the fruit but once they come out the freezer they will start to break down within an hour or so especially strawberries and my recommendation when you’re doing candy strawberries they don’t last longer than 24 hours so these particular treats will have to be enjoyed within that timeframe
Awesome, I've tried candying strawberries before and it was a COMPLETE DISASTER. What is your washing process and how long before dipping them did you wash them
My washing process is a sample spray and’s rinse. Are use a vegetable wash that I get off of Amazon it’s called veggie wash I spray my berries really good and then I rinse and dry them completely and then I dip my strawberries as soon as the mixture as the mixture is done
Hi Ro. I hope all is well. I've seen several of your videos, but I thought the gel coloring you added in the mixture was at the end of the cooking process?? Does this adding the color in the beginning also apply to the candy apples? Thank you in advance ❣
Hello Veronica yes I have several videos and several different techniques that I show and that is because I want people to see that there are several ways to do the process it’s all about mastering the skill and being comfortable with the technique so either or you can add at the beginning or at the end as long as you add in the right amount of coloring and not add too much because it will thicken your mixture
Yes it can, but for 24 apples depending on the sizes you can also combine the full and half recipe to cover 24 apples. 6 cups of Sugar 1 1/2 cups of light corn syrup 1 1/2 cup of water Enjoy!❤️
For some reason after my candy mixture (4-1-1) starts to go crystallize like 5 minutes after I dip three apples. Where did I go wrong?! Ughhh! Thank you Miss Ro' in advance 💓
Yea. It’s something that UA-cam did because of these new copyright rules is actually covering up the background music and the original video but I will be doing a new video on candied fruit
Theose look scrumptious!!! I learned to use the foam blocks from the craft and floral department and I stand my berries upright so the won't be flat.

These particular desserts do not last no longer than 24 hours so if someone is ordering them these are considered a made to order and they should pick them up within 24 hours.
Do you put strawberries in freezer after making?
Yes
I love it! I just made some of these 2 weeks ago. Where do you find such beautiful strawberries?
Thank you so very much for sharing and taking your time teaching us the ends and outs. However, every time I put my jolly rancher in the blender they stick.
Can these be made and shipped and if so how would you go about shipping them?
Did you put strawberrys in the freezer?
As usual Honey Bun Thanks for another great Tutorial💃
Gotta try it luv..!😍❤
Can this method be done on Grapes?
Yes
Hey hey i tried to make these but they start melting so fast how long do they supposed to last
They look so good. What kind of puncher is that in the oreo short?
The link is in the description box under that video and it will give you the full information of the cutter it will take you right to that item It’s a circle puncher
Hey can’t hear you talking don’t know if this is one video where you weren’t talking though. How much syrup did you use? Thanks
1 cup of syrup.
UA-cam added music over some of this video I wish I could change it. But I’ll be doing a new video soon
Hey, How do you get your strawberries to stay intact & not melt so quickly ? & what candy did you use for this video, it looks great with the red !
Can I freeze the strawberries before making & after making ?
@@melvinaandrews355 freezing will make them melt faster because of humidity. Your best bet is to leave them somewhere cool and dark to set
How long do these candies last.

With this process could I pour the sour mix into the pot so it can mix together?
No it would definitely mess up your mixture

Do the strawberries have to be frozen ?
So you can't use any pot for the candy mix or the stove top your using
Yes you can use your stove top I’m using my cooktop for teaching purposes
So strawberries doesn’t need to be frozen?
Why makes your apples break down? Is it the amount of color
Why the music get earily dark like i had to be stealth and get out before the bad guys got me 😅
So pretty though 🍓😍
Hi new follower here, did you freeze the strawberries before dipping?
Hello, no I don’t
We cant hear your words only the music! I would love to hear you

@@YourSweetConnection Thank you so much for your response ❣
I also forgot to ask you, can the 411 be doubled because I have to make 24 apples and hopefully I can find smaller apples for the mixture.
You’re welcome♥️
Yes it can, but for 24 apples depending on the sizes you can also combine the full and half recipe to cover 24 apples.
6 cups of Sugar
1 1/2 cups of light corn syrup
1 1/2 cup of water
Enjoy!❤️
All I have is music from the time you gave recipe
For some reason after my candy mixture (4-1-1) starts to go crystallize like 5 minutes after I dip three apples. Where did I go wrong?! Ughhh! Thank you Miss Ro' in advance 💓
Yes. I made sure that I cleaned and dried throughly but after 30 mins they melted. I also placed them in my living room under the ac.
Good morning my beautiful wife to be able
Ummm i can't hear anything in the video but music
I would love to try but some of the instructions had music over it. (Sad face)
Sorry about that that is something UA-cam did because of the original music I had in the background
What happened to your voiceover? All I hear after “a half cup of water” is music.
It literally cut off the voice over for half the recipe 😭
I’ll be doing a new one soon. It’s something UA-cam done
But the recipes in the description parked under my video
I’m sorry but all I hear is the music
I do apologize about that but that’s something UA-cam done to my video and I have no way of changing it so I will do an updated video sometime soon.
Is there something wrong with the video? Through 99 percent, there was no voice, just a strange drum beating
Yea. It’s something that UA-cam did because of these new copyright rules is actually covering up the background music and the original video but I will be doing a new video on candied fruit
@@YourSweetConnection , I’m so sorry that you have to deal with this. You’re very sweet. 🌺
