bro you don’t have any relation with pakistan like pmdc or license. germany consider only graduation country like in your case kazakhstan . kazakhstan degree is valid in Germany you can directly come but you need to follow all steps mentioned in video like have to learn german language, have to submit your mbbs degree gor recogintion , have to pass advance german language exam and to get license or study pg have to clear one practice/approbation exam. . in short there is no relation with Pakistan
its same for brother 5 years doctor as well but you already have spent 5 years thats why i encouraged freshers to not waste years on gaining experience
its hard to share exact cost , but its not much 1. expenses are you need to pay german learning course in your country 2. sending documents parcel cost 3. flight cost coming to germany 4. living cost in Germany (like food , accommodation) etc

no you don’t need any license just validate the mbbs degree where you did graduation is accepted in germany like in Pakistan case PMDC approved MBBS degree is acceptable same you need to check your graduation country.
