That crockpot full of sawmill gravy for the biscuits made me very happy.

We stay here all the time. We have always had a great experience here. We just missed you by 1 week. We had a King room right on the Pigeon River great view. Our room was right at the river where it bends. It was right there at the porch deck whete you walked where the rived bends. A great view a great roo. We have stayed here at least 5 times .we love it. Yes, that house has been there for years.

We stayed here I think twice It was a good hotel. It has two level parking in the back unless I am thinking of another place. It met out needs and I would stay again.That buffet across from the Diner you ate at is huge and is worth the money . My husband insists we eat there when we go to Pigeon Forge.

My wife and I have stayed here many times. We never had a problem or any issues. Very affordable and always a clean room. The location is great, easy to enter and exit the parking lot.

I could sit out in those rockers listening to the sound of the stream all day!! I love how you can just walk right down the the water's edge. gorgeous. the rooms were very nice but a lil outdated , but the balcony was very cool. No coffeemaker or Keurig? The gym is to die for with the colorful rug and those beautiful plants how relaxing!! Pool was very nice. Thanks for sharing with us!!
I could stay it the rocking chair listening to the water all day. It is so peaceful. The hotel is very. There was a shelf in the bathroom where they put the coffee maker. We showed it in the video. We appreciate you watching and commenting. 😎😎

That was fun! Nice hotel, great location, super clean, and reasonably priced. Their breakfast buffet would be a decent start for the day. Would be a great spur of the moment option. Love the diner. Your meal looked delicious 😋......Awesome video and review! Thanks for sharing!

I love when you guys do hotel reviews, especially in the Smokies! I tend to stay in value hotels, just to try and save where I can, but I also want to stay in a place that is clean and comfortable, and this place looked really nice.

That looked like a pretty nice place. you like Christmas stores. I do too. I also make Christmas things. Have 4 or5 projects going right now. Working on 2 Christmas tree skirts. Crocheted 2 Christmas trees. Have to put the embellishments on them Have croched colored snowflakes, cup of hot cocoa ornament, Santa hat ornaments and small(3") Christmas tree ornaments. That is what I am doing so far.

River Bend Inn What a GREAT BUDGET HOTEL! Of course the location! Like that they have an outdoor and indoor pool!!! The rocking chairs all the way around the outside. Like the market place to get snacks and drinks for hotel fridge! Nice breakfast area! But having that nice room blue decor walls, etc. FREE ICE A MUST! Love you have WRAP AROUND. BALCONY! The river is so serene right off the parkway!!! Coffee machine in the bathroom? We had a mirror sort of like the bathroom mirror on our living room wall when I was young. Love having an ironing station in the closet. That Club sandwich at Sunliner DINER was GINORMOUS. ALL IN ALL A WONDERFUL HOTEL and close to all resteraunts and especially DOLLYWOOD. THE OLD HOUSE STILL THERE IMAGINE WHAT VIEW THEY HAD BACK IN THE LATE NINTEENTH OR EARLY 20TH CENTURY!
This was A One level motel for yrs, it was actually named The River Breeze Motel, my family used to stay there every time we went down there once, my parents decided they no longer wanted to camp and, even then, the rates were even pretty reasonable, in fact it was River Breeze clear up until the early 2000s when, I stayed their last! And, across the Street was Mountain Breeze and, there Restaurant, however, Mountain Breeze was a bit higher and, we didn’t care for it as much, last, I knew when, I stayed there that became Travel Lodge. It just looks like River Breeze just rebuilt a bigger and, nicer and, more of a modern hotel/ motel! But, I definitely could reconize everything but, you can tell though it’s been updated for sure!

River Bend Inn is always the place we stay when we go to PF. We have tried other places and regretted it so we decided to always stay there. We have always liked it. You can also hit the bypass and go around the busy areas as well.

Thanks so much for this extra delightful video! I always adore these motel/hotel tours you give. It is for REAL people with REAL opinions. hehe It's too bad you weren't on the other side to get more of the water view from the balcony but it is so cool to have one like that, especially with the wraparound! It is a decent place for what it is, and a good price considering where you are. I am glad you were on the 3rd floor, away from the screechy kidlets going crazy in the pool. LOL I wonder why they had that one spot of hardwood for the loveseat (which, also, I was wondering why no table with the loveseat - probably space issue) - it would be great if it can all be hardwood or flooring, rather than carpet. It is cool they leave you bathroom items too - a lot of places don't do that anymore. Pretty big fridge/freezer too and nice "nuker". I cannot believe you said that some places make you pay for ice. I can't say I am shocked but I haven't encountered that YET. Wow. Love the 2nd floor seating area/exercise area. It is cute! Like that they have a laundry too. When you are in a pinch, it is good to have if something gets stained or wet or whatever. I am surprised it "closes". I imagine it is for noise, but still. I would definitely get all my walking in if I were staying there. So many things in such a short distance. 🙂

Looks great and that's for the video. We're looking to book a hotel for the summer and this ones in the list of possibilities. I'm not sure that breakfast is worth the extra $20. Idk I really like being able to eat in the morning at the hotel before getting out and about, especially with little kids.

When would you guys say that the best time to visit Dollywood for the best festival with the best food and shows, coolest weather and cheapest hotel prices is? This look like a nice place.
We like Dollywoods Christmas. It starts in November 1st. You can still get some good prices at the budget hotels. If you want to see the christmas festival, I would go before Thanksgiving. 😎😎

J and BI mean, no disrespect. To you and your choice of a place to eat, but $15 for that little itty bitty sandwich that barely had any fries is not a good deal that place would need to do a hell of a lot better in order to make that cleat $15 worthy.
