I'm trying to work out what is better the Mini 3in1 Deluxe Ride On Scooter or this one the Mini 2 Grow Micro Scooter. Not sure what came first but like the light feature and the foot rests that go on the actual base of the scooter for this one. If you're monitoring your messages please let me know Micro Scooter Ltd. Can the kids bar be swapped for the adult but the seat maintained if the kid is too tall?
I bought this last summer for my 1.5 year old. This summer he is 2 years old and just now beginning to use it but is only confident sitting on it. When I ordered it I checked all the videos to make sure the seat height was adjustable like the scoot and ride but now it turns out that the micro-mini, contrary to the videos they have posted on their website for this same model that I ordered - does NOT have adjustable seat height. My 2 year old who is below average in height cannot ride it because the seat is too low and cannot be raised. So there was a total of about 1 month that the seat function was usable. A total cheat of a product and misleading marketing making you believe there is an additional piece that can be added to raise the seat when there is NOT. It does NOT grow with your child - only the standing function does. Parents: BUY THE SCOOT AND RIDE. It is waaaay better designed. I am so regretting this super expensive purchase as I see all the other toddlers zipping by and my little two year old boy watches them able to scoot around and have so much fun on their scooter but he absolutely cannot do the same on his. I will try to sell this junk (also the design is a nightmare - when you push the buttons down to disassemble they easily pop inside the tube and you get to spend the next 2 hours attempting to get the spring mechanism back in place - I cannot tell you how difficult this was and how much I beat up my hands trying to do it and having to use a bunch of tools to try to squeeze the spring inside the narrow tube enough to get it back into position and outside of the holes in the tube - the little nub and hole locking mechanism is what I am talking about. This also happened with the red nub and locking mechanisms) They need to go back to the drawing board with this one. Scoot and Ride all the way - the seat can adjust to 3 different heights. It's heavier, which is why I chose the micro mini but now I see that being heavier is not really an issue and having the adjustable seat height is absolutely critical because of the summer season time being limited when you can use it and your child growing a lot in between these periods of use. This product is a waste of money if you are wanting a scooter that has a seat function. It really only serves as a standing scooter that can grow with your child. I wish someone had written a clear review like this so I would have known the videos on the scoot and ride website were not accurate about the adjustable seat height

What was the height of your kid when he couldn’t sit on it? Asking cause I want to buy it for my son who is 80cm height 18 months old.
