I've been working using Pomodoro for a few years and recently started following your videos. Interestingly, I sat down for my work session today and also had the same coffee by blue tokai. Nice coincidence. Did you like the flavor? A bit light for my taste but liked the nuttiness of it.

dear those beeps were to tell u take a break since if you don't u can lose focus especially if your memorizing for an exam
