Hi Wilson! Thanks a lot for all your videos, its very helpful. I'm trying to find a video about all the licenses, permits and insurance I should get to start my café.
it will be hard to find a detailed video on that since every country, state, province, city has their own list of licenses and permits to legally operate. So I recommend going directly to your small business association + local health organization to get the specific list of permits and licenses that is relevant to where you are.

@@WilsonKLee I incorporated a business name 10 years ago, but something is really calling me to start a cafe. I want to gear it towards teenagers as they have nowhere to hang out where I live to socialize and really have fun. Your channel has helped immensely, and I do plan on purchasing your courses as I know it will be worth every penny!

I’m heading to open my restaurant soon and it’s going to be serving a middle eastern food like shawarma and falafel , but I’m really scared about ppl not going to come because they are not interested in trying this kind of food!!
Hey Taym first off congrats on being one of the few to actually take action in building your food business! Secondly - I get you when you say you're scared. It's that same feeling right before stepping onto the podium for a speech, even though you've spent the time to prepare and practice. Rookie Mistakes:
1. Not doing your preparation.
2. NOT educating yourself.
3. Taking wrong advise (No One can make EVERYONE happy).
Birnouts are highly evident giving way to tech assisted take overs.
Re educating the work force is neede with posituve renforced and good restful advantages.
Aiding against the fear i diced anxiety burnouts.
