- A construction site tour was provided to City Council in late June, showcasing the major program elements of the facility, including the Arena, Natatorium, Gymnasium, Welcome Atrium and Fitness Centre. Mayor
and Councillors “tagged” the structural steel girders, destined for the Natatorium ceiling, with their signatures and well wishes.
