When our family members thinking of investment of into Real Estate, I searched the advices of Property Analysts in U tube and came to conclusion that among all, Srinivas garu is having vast knowledge on Real Estate and at the same time he is most trust worthy/investor friendly/well wisher. Then without seeing him physically, I have sent full amount through online and purchased a Plot in Woxen County and continuing my journey with him to Kanchikacherla, Nandigama layouts. Our family members felt that our hard earned money is safe invested in the ventures of Srinivas garu only. The Price being given by Srinivas garu is quite reasonable and no Real Estate Person will give such lowest price. Previously we purchased plots from other Real Estate Owners with high over priced even though without involvement of Marketting Agents and lost hard earned money.
80% of trends in realestate can be predicted...20% cannot be predicted...so anything may happen especially during elections.. realestate mostly depends on trust...because revenue and other departments are fully corrupted...luck also plays very important role...
