I’m 46 and I have a lot that I would share and I do share it with my 22 yo daughter. Curious to see what you have to share but I will share one thing… don’t be afraid to get older! I had a meltdown at 30 and then a celebration at 40! I feel so much better now, both mentally and physically versus 10 years ago. With age comes wisdom and with that comes confidence and self assurance that no one is perfect! Hence my phrase being “perfectly you” ❤

This is really great advice. I'm in high-school and I always think everyone is judging me, and I always overthink, but you are right. I don't care much about other people so why would they care about me. I think that not caring what other people think is great advice.

I'm 39, and I could probably say stuff about girlfriends or jobs, but after losing my mom last year, the biggest advice I would give to my younger self is be nicer to mom. They tell you you will miss them when they're gone, but they have no idea. You feel a level of guilt(warranted or not) that you can't shake. Plus you just miss being able to call them up.
Love this. Would love for you to go into depth about some of these points in an advice video or something - about self love and loving yourself first etc. Great advice and so relatable!
This is so true. I had such a rough time in high school and thought that it was the end of the world if no one liked me but now I am just like...really? That's not a big deal to me. I barely remember anything that happened back in middle/high school and it really is true that things that I thought were world ending are not that big of a deal to me now. These were great to hear and remember. Sometimes I do wonder if I should strive for more but as long as I am happy and doing what I love then whatever happens next will happen!
Im 50 now and i can tell you in all honesty this is the most mentally balanced Tony…. ever!😊 enjoying every day like never before and yes there are still bad days and days that i choose to forget and simply dont worry about them…. Overall i feel as if i have evolved not grown older if that makes sense….👍😉

I’m sure my future won’t turn out good at all , and I’ll feel alone going forward, but I rlly wish I could get a visit from my older self to rlly see haha 😅 Thanks for the video:)
