Hello bro.
I got selected as an apprentice with a stipend of 21000. I have filled the commitment sheet and the transport content. I have also shared my selfie with them. But I haven’t received my joining details.
Is there any issue with this or is it just Genpact taking their time.
if you have filled the commitment sheet then there should be no any issue. That means you have selected.
You will also receive email to submit all you docs. and then it may take 1 week to get offer letter.
Sir mujhe yeh bataiye CA firm mein kaam karna better aur MSMe company mein kaam karna better as an junior accountant mujhe konsa choose karna chahiye 2 jagah se call ayaa samjh nahi paa raha hu, Sir please suggest me as soon as possible, thank you.

Yes you will get holidays which are applicable in US or UK according to your process.

I have 3 year experience as accountant in a domestic firm my salary is 30 k in my current company and I having good experience and last month I give interview in Genpact but they are not giving me 30% hike they only give me 10 % on my current CTC
And also let me know
Who much MNC have for an domestic accountant and how much they can pay who have 3 years experience
30% is a reasonable hike but maybe the budget for the position was not that high which you were expecting.
It depends on other factors also as Gepact gives low package compared to other MNCs.
Other MNC companies that you can check are
IBM, Accenture, HCL, JLL, Wipro, Capgimini etc.
You may ask for 30% hike as it is accepted as per the market standards.

How do you understand your client's accent?if there is any misunderstanding in communication how did you tackle that situation please explain
When I started looking at my seniors taking client calls, I was very nervous as it looks impossible for me to understand the accent. So I asked one of my senior the same question as yours.
He suggested me to watch english shows and series and I started watching Hollywood movies and english webseries with English subtitles and believe me it really helped me. Now its been almost 1.6 years I daily watch english shows. Also I read books daily which can also helps in english language.
If there is any misunderstanding I simply say sorry, could you please repeat and then they say again so no issues with that. Hope I answered your questions

if you don’t have experience letter or relieving letter of previous company then you shouldn’t have mentioned in your resume as the MNCs do background verification of the employee and they have zero tolerance policy regarding any fake information.
apne resume se un companies ko hata do jinke documents nhi hai, kyuki BGV k time previous employee se contact kiya jaata hai kai case me jis wajah se dikkat ho sakti h

woh log rotational week off bol rahe hai matlab Saturday sunday weekoff nhi hoga kya.
One side cab free hota hai kya
Cab ke charges hai, and sat sunday off hi hoga, rotational me day night kabi bi change ho sakti h

Hello ...I got an offer letter from Genpact Kolkata as process developer and i got CTC of 3.8Lakhs including HRA and gratuity will you please tell me how much will i get in hand salary I have confusion in this before joining
I need to see the salary slip, then I can tell you exactly but in general gratuity is deducted over and above the CTC.
PF will be deducted from your CTC’s which is 12% of the basic salary. Rest will be in hand

Bro, one of my brother selected in campus recruitment of Genpact in 7th sem he completed his graduation in june but he didn't received joining letter, any reason for this and when they give joining letter
Bro, I am not sure about it. In corporate, it happens all the time, Until you receive offer letter you can’t say you are selected or not.

You should search for new job also, incase you will not get the internal movement.

Starting salary for fresher.
It depends on your interview and negotiation. But for genpact it can be approx 1.80 LPA to 3 LPA for fresher what I have seen

Learn the theories and basic accounting concepts from 11th and 12th accounting books. Keep applying to naukri portal and follow HR and peoples who post Jobs on linkedin which will notify you about latest Walkin Jobs.
Be patience, Keep learning, keep applying and sure you will get a job in MNC.

Work environment is good and you can expect 30 to 60% hike from your current salary

Don't join Genpact , not an emp friendly company at all.
It depends, At the time I joined Genpact who was working in Domestic previously.
I was very happy with genpact as I got work from home, Hiked salary, Sat Sunday off and many more. So things are not same for everyone.
@@TrendingPahadi exactly but I would still recommend not to join. One way cab, No AC cabs and they deduct from our salary. Shuttle service omg. No meals .
