They of course haven’t had these in the past two years due to the covid-19 pandemic so not only is PSY a big deal but bringing back the concerts is also a big deal.

I'm mentioning this because that is exactly what pressures the universities (or the student council in charge of the event) to try get the best celebrities they can with the budget they are given. It sets a high bar exactly because the students expect what they paid for. The cost of getting celebrities has risen exponentially during COVID, but Psy is known as one of the few that do not charge as much as they could and performs longer than needed to simply fulfill the contract (though he still gets paid more than most).
Actually it looks like the 90's concert, l wish be there and share the happiness around. Everybody standing up really excited with high goosebumps. Psy certainly deserve a award and deserve praise for all the good songs.
