I was blessed to be apart of this wonderful choir! I loved every minute of it. I’m glad that I got to share my testimony through music. 4:30 is where you can see the side of me. The only Pacific Islander on my row lol, but honestly I had a blast and reading through the comments just made my day!

Answers to prayers that I needed to hear and things I have been worried about and being filled with self-doubt lately about my abilities and my talents and what exactly I’m doing right now. Even better, the beautiful choral music Fortifying my belief that we are indeed the angels of the Lord or at least we were once upon a time, because the voices were angelic. I didn’t get a chance to watch conference over the weekend because of my responsibilities at my job, which is incredibly stressful, dealing with a lot of people out in the world and seeing the wickedness and the selfishness, and just feeling lost, not knowing how to deal with it. I am driving home now after taking a trip, and I have been watching conference sharing so many tears of relief and gratitude mixed with a little sorrow and regret, but definitely a move in the right direction. I am thankful to the Lord for hearing my prayers, and for answering my questions that I had within my heart, and on my mind, through these other, amazing brothers and sisters. Amen.

The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square has a rival in this Institute Choir! These young people were amazing. Their performance of the hymns reached out and grabbed me as I'm re-listening to Conference this morning so that I had to sit down to listen as the spirit flooded my heart. I feel you are wrong about Peter standing to defend life and liberty. This has nothing to do with poise. 1/3 of the Book of Mormon is very clear in what is poise, General Moroni showed piose, loving all, but defending life, liberty and property. That is an example of poise. Backing away from or avoiding the responsibility to stand in defense of rights, liberty, property, in a self controlled manner, shows poise, any thing less is coward and in fact irresponsible.
Never understand why Americans where those gaudy school rings, especially in a religious setting where such things are irrelevant, especially to a worldwide congregation.
The more we focus in Jesus Christ, the more sin looses its appeal.
