It’s so cool seeing these two. And to have gotten auditions request from them makes it even more sweet.
Listening to the importance given to ethical considerations in the film business was quite a refreshing breeze. Thanks for this video.
Interesting peek, into the realm of CD's, and their interaction in the industry. Thanks for keeping these coming.
Erica Arvold THANK YOU
Thank You for this information. Greatly appreciated
Love these conversations
I think the judge would be the director and the casting agents would be playing both the lawyer and the district attorney...
I attended law school before becoming an actress & that attorney metaphor cracked me up. Thank you, I was having a rough day and I needed a good laugh 🙏🏼🙏🏼
This is very helpful. Thank you.
I'm just listening to a women's perspective.
This blonde woman talks too much, let the other woman speak!
Blonde: What do you think of x?
Brunette: Well I think...Blonde: BECAUSE HERE'S WHAT I THINK BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA
It's literally her UA-cam channel. I think she has the right to talk how much she wants.
@@shaymillan she literally asked anne a question and then went off on a tangent answering her own question Lol absolutely no self awareness
I liked these two until they revealed a strong professional defensiveness. In most professions, people with specialized education, training and experience are better. But to flat out rule out some few people just randomly having a great set of traits, talent and unrelated but valuable background for a job like this and being confident about it is naggy.
It’s so cool seeing these two. And to have gotten auditions request from them makes it even more sweet.
I really loved how you two said it was a compliment when one of your casting assistants grew into doing their own work successfully! In so many career fields, the leadership resents when the “assistant” grows and goes on to bigger things. No supervisor or leader should want to hinder their peoples’ growth to keep them as employees or keep them from becoming “competition.” They’ve grown into competent colleagues thanks to your mentorship!
