They are a kpop group dear, and in case u haven't noticed the 'K' in kpop stands for Korean. They are free to do whichever version they want, and even if it wasn't in English ppl still sang along
it's because they have a specific setlist to perform every tour, and the only time they made a change for this tour setlist is on this concert when they added regular (eng ver.) and 2 baddies (new release)
